We use Australia Post for all our postage needs. All parcels are sent with tracking details which are emailed to you separately. We aim to post all orders the same or next business day.
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $70, you can upgrade this to express for an additional $3.
All other shipping costs for orders under $70:
AusPost Standard postage (with tracking): $7 flat rate
AusPost Express postage (with tracking): $10 flat rate
Free Local Delivery
Please note we now offer free local delivery to the following Melbourne suburbs: 3079, 3081, 3084, 3085, 3086, 3087, 3093, 3094, 3105, 3107.
This option will appear at the checkout if you are using a delivery address containing one of the above postcodes.
Please note this will be a trial during the Melbourne lockdown, all deliveries will be contactless, & we will confirm the time with you prior.

These time frames are approximate and can vary due to factors such as regional locations, public holidays and peak times.
We are excited to be using HEROPACKS (shipping bags) - Compostable mailers for our shipping bags.
Unlike traditional shipping mailers, these are NOT made from plastic. Hero mailers are made from mostly plant-based materials such as PLA and a certified compostable material called PBAT (some seriously fancy ways of saying corn starch and bonding agents).
They are re-usable - once you receive your order cut along the line on the flap and re-use it with the second adhesive (glue) strip. Hero mailers are one of the only ones in the world that have a reusable strip!
They are compostable - Once the mailer has been used up, the last person to receive it can cut it up and put it in their home-compost bin (note, these can't be placed in the recycling bin). Once composted properly, the HEROPACKs will start to break down and turn into amazing fertiliser for the garden. This takes about 90-120 days (3-4 months).
If the mailers do end up in landfill, they will thankfully still break down.
Lost Items/Returned Mail
Please note that The Tiny Emporium will not be responsible for parcels that are missing/lost by the postal company. Customers will be required to lodge a dispute with the postal company if a parcel is not delivered. If an item is returned to The Tiny Emporium, the customer will be responsible for paying additional postage for this to be sent to a new address.
