To be eligible for a return, please email within 7 days of receiving your order. Your item must be:

  • Purchased as a full priced item
  • Returned new, unused and in the same condition that you received it, tags attached & in original packaging.
  • Be returned within 14 business days of delivery date (once return approved)

Please note return postage is the responsibility of the customer.

Your return will be processed less the original postage fees.

Please note if you paid for your order via Afterpay, a store credit will be issued.

If any returns are received after the 14 day period a store credit will be issued.

Credit notes are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

There are strictly no returns accepted on sale items.

Due to health and safety reasons, returns and exchanges are not accepted on dummies or teething items.


At this stage we don’t offer direct exchanges, but if you would like to exchange for another item please arrange a return as above, and then you can go ahead and place another order if your item is available.
